• Wake Technical Community College

Wake Technical Community College Facility Operations Division supports the college's mission by operating and maintaining approximately 945,092 gross square feet of building space at two major campuses and several smaller sites, with a total acreage of 275 acres. The office is responsible for all areas of planning and design as well as operations and maintenance. These efforts are supported by a variety of administrative offices and college committees.
